Q. Do you sell locks?

A. No, we suggest you provide your own lock.


Q. Is There Insurance On My Unit?

A. We do not insure stored items. In many cases a homeowner’s insurance policy  may cover stored goods. We suggest that you check with your own insurance company. We do have brochures that offer insurance through TenantOne Customer Insurance.

Q. Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?

A. No. We offer month-to-month rental agreements that automatically renew each month until you vacate. Rent for as long as long or as little as you want. We also offer super saver rates – 7 months for the price of 6 months.


Q. Is there a security deposit?

A. Yes, we have a security deposit equal to 1 months rent. The security deposit is refundable provided the unit is empty and has not been damaged, the unit is left broom-clean condition and proper notice has been given.


Q. Can I get to my stored items anytime?

A. It depends. For the inside self storage areas and the outside storage – yes. For the large open areas, it requires 48 hour notice.


Q. Can I make alterations to the inside storage units?

A. Yes, with prior approval.


Q. Do you have heated or climate controlled units?

A. No we do not. However we do offer some inside storage, where you can access your storage and not have to fight the outside elements.


Q. Do you remove the snow from the site so I can access my unit?

A. Yes we will plow the area so you can access your unit. However, the small area In front of your unit or directly adjacent to your vehicle stored outside will be your responsibility.


Q. Can I sublet or assign my lease to someone else?

A.  No, per the terms of the lease, subletting or assignment is not permitted.


Q. How secure is the facility?

A. We have a 24/7 night and day security camera system with video backup devices backed up to DVD weekly.
